No release version #21

In the interest of reproducible builds, pom-fiji is slated to reference only release versions in the very, very near future. That means that we need at least one release version of Stitching.

Would you mind if I just used my script to bump it to version 2.0.0, like almost every other Fiji project?

@StephanPreibisch how about releasing SPIM_Registration and Descriptor_based_registration? They are your projects, too... Just imitate fiji/SPIM_Opener@ae8cac641e6e1ed00608b7f6f28d6e61d37f9673 and fiji/SPIM_Opener@bad67a3eef45dca7348cd9e4f798429aa8c9ecbd and push... letting Jenkins do the job...
