Invert x coordinates does not work in x,y grid stitching. #41

Hi,

I'm trying to stitch the images from umanager featuring xxx_yyy assignment in the filename, and the grid starts not in the left top corner, but in the top right instead. Inverting x-axis in the dialog does not work. The result is the same wrong in both cases.
