jdk8: use edit-update-site to enable https #19

Temporary fix so that the updater will work in the face of antivirus firewalls and similar.

We should definitely do this. The only reason I'd call it "temporary" is: eventually (hopefully soon!), the Fiji download should already have everything set to HTTPS by default. I don't know why it doesn't already. @frauzufall Do you know?
