HazeOver author here. I had another report about this. Should be fixed in HazeOver 1.8.
Under some circumstances a hidden HazeOver window showed up first in the window list. This confused ShiftIt. It thought that HazeOver window should be controlled instead of a window that a user is actually interacting with.
I recently discovered HazeOver as a productivity booster, it dims non-active applications to enhance focus on your current application. This is great for me, however, Shiftit fails to work with HazeOver. I've had to switch to a different tool that works with HazeOver.
Both Switchit and HazeOver have accessibility options turned on. Would love to switch back to ShiftIt when this has been corrected. Thanks!
