new hot-key : move all windows to screen X #282

I typically use one monitor to concentrate on something and the other monitor for "everything else".

I'd really like to be able to Ctrl-Option-Command-1 to move all windows to monitor #1 (the Macbook screen) or Ctrl-Option-Command-2 to move them all to my external monitor.

Thanks for awesome layout manager tool!
