Visibility is nicely indicated in quite a few ways, but if there is 
any way of easily telling which hexes are covered by satellites, it 
escapes me. 
When launching a new satellite I'd like to make sure it is going 
someplace interesting that does not ALREADY have satellite coverage, 
and this is a struggle for me.
