Overthrow within Bootstrap #73

Firstly, thank for great polyfill!

When I used Overthrow within Bootstrap there was problem in Windows phone. After testing, I found that the problem was:

@-ms-viewport { width: device-width; }

Without above code everything working.

You know about it? What is the problem?
