Any way to make the columns Swipe and Toggle at the same time? #145

I'm wondering if there is a way to use both mode (Swipe and Toggle) at the same time. So that there is a way to swipe the columns but also to choose which columns are displayed. Anyone used TableSaw like this already?

I know this is old but would love to see this as well... trying to figure it out atm but it's mega buggy.

This repository is now using lodash style issue management for enhancements. This means enhancement issues will now be closed instead of leaving them open.
