Swipe Table only shows the first column #234

Hi,

I copied this example: http://filamentgroup.github.io/tablesaw/demo/swipe.html

In my project (with the correct sources for the css and js files) and the result isn't the table I see in the link. My result is a table with only the first column, and without the Swipe behavior.

Someone has this problem to?. The Toggle behaviour, for example, works fine.

Can you retest with v3.0.0-beta.1? Prior versions had an issue with Swipe table column width calculations.

Please reopen if you still have the problem.
