responsiveness breaks when multiple tbody elements. #249

It seems like, using more than one tbody element inside table breaks tablesaw plugin, responsiveness is working only on header and last tbody. using latest plugin and swipe mode.

Can you reopen with a test case? Not saying you’re wrong, just that something may have changed recently. I just tested both the stack table and the swipe table with multiple <tbody> and they work fine.
