Table header not showing in mobile view tablesaw tablesaw-stack #352

I am trying to use the stack only mode for a responsive web design. I tried using the following code, everything seems to work fine but while stacking the table, the headers disppear(

Can you reopen this issue and reattach with the code? It seems to be truncated.
