Detach/Delete configureUsing not working

Problem description

This is not working in AppServiceProvider boot()

use Filament\Tables\Actions\DetachAction;
use Filament\Tables\Actions\DeleteAction;

DeleteAction::configureUsing( function ( DeleteAction $detachAction ): void {
    $detachAction
        ->modalHeading( 'Custom heading' )
        ->modalDescription( 'Custom description' );
} );

DetachAction::configureUsing( function ( DetachAction $detachAction ): void {
    $detachAction
        ->modalHeading( 'Custom heading' )
        ->modalDescription( 'Custom description' );
} );

Expected behavior

This should change the heading and Description globally
