Livewire.js doesn't load #7683

Problem description

It doesn't load livewire.js, resulting in the admin panel not working.

Expected behavior

Always load livewire.js.

If I uncomment the following line, it does work fine: https://github.com/livewire/livewire/blob/11c75143c19d4f4559d0cf67e27f458cbd0c154e/src/Features/SupportAutoInjectedAssets/SupportAutoInjectedAssets.php#L29

I think the issue happens, because Filament is already registering assets.

Please do not link to your actual project, what we need instead is a minimal reproduction in a fresh project without any unnecessary code. This means it doesn't matter if your real project is private / confidential, since we want a link to a separate, isolated reproduction. That would allow us to download it and review your bug much easier, so it can be fixed quicker. Please make sure to include a database seeder with everything we need to set the app up quickly.
