top/bottom
top/bottom joining
left/right
squished split for 3D TV "pair play"

pair play mode implemented. decided to only go with top/bottom pair play split, since works out nicer for some 3d tvs (eg LG passive alternating horizontal lines for each polarisation)

done for now. ideally would like joined screens to not be separated by border. see #18
