bug: datgui responds to arrow keys #6

when have selected dropdown list (for rendering mode), the arrow keys control it, which is crap for the user (because arrow controls expected to control camera. preventdefault doesn't seem to do anything. some options: don't use datgui use an ugly hack psuedo radio button by having a checkbox for each rendering mode.
