JSON icon takes priority over config-ts icon for `tsconfig.FOO.json` #91

For example, tsconfig.node.json.

I initially thought that this was an issue with the config, but to my naive eye it looks good. Plus atom seems to render the icon correctly. So I'm thinking it must be an issue that's specific to this repo.
