Fix outdated contributing info #92

Stumbled on this broken link while reading the contributing docs. I took the liberty of changing the wording from "import" to "update" since the filename changed.

Whoops, just noticed some outdated links/docs for the manual fixes, too. Updated in https://github.com/file-icons/vscode/pull/92/commits/42de7d7b8b160002a9380dc20cce82add1d8d8c3. To be honest I just kind of skimmed the script to get the gist, so let me know if this update looks wrong :wink:

This entire document is gonna have to be rewritten (or replaced) anyway. The SSoT should be a separate repository that feeds both Atom and VSCode's packages (and possibly others…)

It's on my bucket list. 😉
