Can open plunker in firefox but not chrome #119

Hello,

I just created a plunker that I can open in Firefox but not in Chrome. I created in Chrome while logged in to GitHub, and saved a version before copying the url and closing the tab. I can open other plunkers just fine.

Versions :

Firefox 53.0.2 (32-bit)
Chrome 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit) all extensions disabled

I am facing the same problem frequently nowadays. In fact, It is not working in other browsers too.
