Obsolete documentation about command runner #24

The doc of command-runner seems incompatible with version v2.10.0.

  1. The -e -c and -i parameters are obsolete in the newer version of filebrowser.
  2. When using bash etc., the $FILE part in the commands should be escaped.

fixed in b055ba0 using MR #38 so close this issue #24 @o1egl and also close the MR #25
