All diligence reviews are completed and pending final review then distribution from RKH.

Average time for refresh is ~3wks, with some applications higher due to submission time and diligence detail. Governance Team will be creating a new template format for standardized submissions for refresh requests. Goal is to reduce the refresh time to <2wks. Will be seeking ideas and feedback in https://github.com/filecoin-project/Allocator-Governance/issues/137
