Description of client diligence

We will verify the client's identity information (kyb/kyc), and if necessary, require the client to provide a portion of the pledge to prevent abuse of DC.
The client needs to provide the source and data type of the data, and randomly check some data to prevent regulatory or sensitive data. Random checks will also be conducted during the packaging process. Before each DC allocation, the data needs to be allocated according to the rules, otherwise the client's cooperation will be terminated.
Requires some information of the sp (including contact information, address, etc.) to conduct necessary kyc/kyb. Paying user need to provide a screenshot of the transaction, verify the transaction amount and time, etc.

Risk mitigation strategies

We will check the client's DC usage at any time. If any problem is found, we will ask the client for an explanation and terminate the cooperation if necessary.

Dispute Resolutions

If a dispute arises, we will communicate with the client as soon as possible and stop allocating new DCs. If necessary, we will communicate with the governance team until the dispute is resolved.

Hi Nick. Just as heads up, applications proposing manual allocators will be deprioritised by the governance team, as we heard in the last couple of meetings. I suggest you reach out to the active allocators on allocator.tech and work with them. If you have clients, please point them at the existing allocators.
