Update cid/multihash pkg #925

there is a desire to update these 2 pkg in fvm for forest impl, the version bump introduce breaking changes, we likely need to update the pkg here as well for everything to work.

Blocked until new an alpha release of the fvm_shared is available with an upgraded cid dependency.
