Venus update:

Accomplishment:

• Venus-cluster v0.3.0 released, optimized sealing-scheduler and improved CLI
• Integrating FVM and buildin-actors, preparing for NV16
• go-fvm-sdk - gc works now
• Venus-market support object storage as piece store

In progress:

• Move all components of Venus to NV16, test in butterfly network
• Venus-market to support deal accelerator
• Enhance unit testing of venus-gateway

@anorth could we plan to discuss these proposals in two weeks, at Core Devs #45? We haven't been able to really discuss the scope or plan for v17 yet, and will have a lot of information to get through related to changes to the Core Devs call.
