I'd like to give a quick update on how the v16 upgrade went from Lotus's perspective, and propose a v16 retro sometime.

I'm not aware of @kubuxu's retro, but just FYI I'm in touch with Lee for a small lotusxforest retro on test rally, and gonna do another one with the lotus& fvm (others are welcome to join)

Venus update:

Accomplishments:

• Support NV16 upgrading, support users on upgrading
• Venus-Messager supports premium setting from CLI, to mitigate NV16 message congestion
• Venus-Market support retrieval directly via dataCid, rebuild index based on piece history
• Venus-Cluster support user-defined storage, i.e. user could create plug-in to support any storage

Working on

• FIP-0029 porting to build-in actors
• Matrix for venus-miner/venus-messager
