Topic suggestion: the tension between engineers wanting FIP acceptance before committing large implementation efforts, and the need to actually implement things in order to quantify things like gas costs. Reference to https://github.com/filecoin-project/FIPs/discussions/535 and discussion about other actions we might take.

I would like to talk through new procedures and process documentation for Core Devs, and introduce two new FIP types (which Core Devs will be asked to govern proactively): Emergency FIPs, and Cryptoeconomic FIPs.

I also second Alex's comment above. Looks like we may have a very governance -heavy meeting!
