Meeting notes stopped updating @ meeting 26?

@Fatman13 good question. They're presently available in the README.

Meeting 26 is where we transferred ownership and management of these notes, and began adding them as comments on the agenda rather than pushing them as new files. You can find all up-to-date notes linked in the table. I will also add them to the folder for consistency.

Per @BlocksOnAChain's invite, Bloxico will present the dev tools and system dashboard that they have been developing.
