Venus update: Focusing on Venus-Cluster development:

• Venus-Cluster is a component to manage sector sealing process with available computing resources, and also a sector storage management for a storage provider who may run multiple filecoin nodes
• Completed CC sector sealing; and C2 GPU outsourcing development, and market function is available too

• To implement snapdeal for Venus-Cluster next week

  And, one question for network upgrading, should we have another network upgrade to accommodate some new features between the FVM milestone#1 and FVM milestone#2?
