3. What are the expected outcomes of the project? What steps will you take to meet this objective?
4. How will you determine if your documentation is successfully supporting your intended audience?
To ensure our documentation effectively supports our intended audience, I will employ several strategies for assessment and improvement. First, I will conduct user feedback surveys aimed at those who interact with FileTalk. These surveys will gauge the clarity, usefulness, and completeness of the documentation provided by the chatbot. By analyzing survey responses, I can pinpoint areas where the documentation may be lacking or where improvements are needed to better serve our users' needs.
Secondly, I will utilize usage analytics to track how users engage with the documentation through the chatbot. Metrics such as interaction frequency, user retention, and success rates in resolving queries will provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of our documentation. Additionally, monitoring which documentation links are accessed most frequently can guide us in refining and expanding content where necessary. Coupled with community engagement initiatives, where users can actively discuss their experiences and suggest improvements, these measures will ensure that our documentation evolves iteratively to meet the evolving needs of our audience within the Filecoin ecosystem.
5. Will this work be published under the dual MIT and APACHE2 licenses?
The FileTalk project will be shared as open source.
6. Does your proposal comply with our Community Code of Conduct?
