update lotus mod to v1.20.3 #60

filecoin-chain-archiver does not seem to work with lotus v1.20 nodes, so upgrade the lotus module, to ensure compatibility

We're seeing some positive signs with this change, due to the timelines of the lotus network upgrade we're expediting this, but until we verify it's stability I'll keep it as an rc
