Updated Forest Description #2224

The current Forest description is out of date. Sending a PR with the most up-to-date information about the Forest node.

There's a broken link error on reference/general/README.md (https://storage.codefi.network/), but it looks temporary according to Slack. I'm gonna merge this in anyway.
