Fixing all current broken links #2321

In lieu of https://github.com/filecoin-project/filecoin-docs/issues/2319 for now

Someone really needs to fix these things once per month and do a better job of keeping links updated

I think we need a mechanism here (not a best intention). Lets prevent merges with broken links from even making it in. Tracking item: https://github.com/filecoin-project/filecoin-docs/issues/2319#issuecomment-2397625589
