The 'normal DataCap' requested by a specific notary is 100TiB or less. Read the following document. https://docs.filecoin.io/basics/how-storage-works/filecoin-plus/

Usually, if you need a DC of 500TiB or more, you can apply for a large DC. https://github.com/filecoin-project/filecoin-plus-large-datasets#applying-for-a-large-datacap-allocation
