The Helmsman team has participated in the Filecoin ecosystem since 2019, and is committed to developing and promoting distributed storage solutions. Our team members have many years of development experience, and have researched a reasonably optimized technical architecture and solutions for distributed storage. During the slingshot competition, we established the "Yunnan Starry Sky" project. This project is China's first astronomical data to enter the Filelcoin network. This batch of weather data includes charts, analysis data and pictures. All meteorological and astronomical data are uploaded by users, and only the data owner and users authorized by the data owner can view the data. Provides a new web3.0 experience for research institutions, universities, students and astronomy lovers.

We plan to store public data sets. Before that, we participated in the first phase of slingshot. The data are all from the slingshot selected datasets.They are all public, so I don’t think this involves copyright issues

• The underlying storage system is based on erasure codes to ensure that the underlying storage is safe and reliable. We can provide storage space for all storage needs, and users can store multiple copies.
• We intend to store data in Asia
• We prefer miners who have a high reputation and contributions in the Filecoin community and are willing to store official data on the Filecoin network.
