Hi @MasaakiNawatani ,
Please see our response below. Thank you.

Nonentropy JP was founded in 2020 but the core founders were formed in 2017. We have been in the Web 3.0 space since its early years and have been involved with Filecoin and IPFS since its inception. Our headquarters is based in Japan but we also have remote staff working from different parts of the world. One of our main offerings is Secure Digital Archiving or **IPFS Souko**, which enables smooth uploading and downloading of data between conventional storage (including cloud) and IPFS/Filecoin distributed storage.

Have you been approved for a DataCap previously? If so, can you share the details of the last allocation decision (who approved your DataCap, what your plan was for spending it, how you executed on that plan)?
No. This will be our first time to request for DataCap.
**Allocation Strategy Do you intend to store your data in a single geography or many?
We intend to store data in regions where it is most needed. Mainly within Asia.
Are you aware of and do you intend to use the features you may specify (e.g. Fast Retrieval) with your storage deals?
Yes. In fact, we are already building rich and robust API sets that can boost and make distributed storage a reality for all types of clients.
How do you plan on securing the DataCap to ensure your organization (and its delegated members) are the ones allocating the DataCap?
We are currently working to be a storage provider in Japan. Nonentropy will manage and maintain the storage ourselves and other storage providers that would use our space within the Japanese Market. We aim to store important data on our data storage houses and use the datacap we are requesting to accomplish that goal.
Do you plan on allocating a substantial portion of your DataCap to a single miner, or will you spread it across many miners?
We intend to spread it across multiple miners who are willing to accept our deals. Ideally 3 copies spread between different miners.
For application developers, will you be acting as the client on behalf of your users or you applying as a Notary on behalf of your users? If so, how much DataCap per user are you seeking to have approved?
We are applying as the client on behalf of our users. Our allocation strategy is outlined below:
We will have three main types of data that will be stored by our end-users through our **IPFS Souko** (which is like an IPFS powered version of Dropbox).
Documents (png, .jpg, .gif, .svg, .mp3, .amr, .mp4, .mkv, .ai, .psd, .cdr, .xmind)
Media Files (photos, videos)
We have 10 Nonentropy clients who will be using the datacap to store their end-user’s files for a certain period of time.
Discover Feed - a music and video sharing platform, built around IPFS
Zet-FX - an FX broker with over 10,000 users
Bruxis Financial - a crypto investment company in Europe, operating globally
MTrading - an FX broker with a substantial need for storage of accounts
VertexTrades - crypto and stocks trading platform
Nessa.ai - Global indices trading company
K-Plant - a Korean based plants and gardening marketplace
Titan Growth - Start-up advertising agency in Thailand
SocialSEO - Lead generation agency in Qatar
Ignite Visibility - Digital Marketing firm based in the Philippines
We plan to allocate 400GB per company, which rounds it to 4TB of datacap.
Do you agree to use the DataCap to only store data that abides by local regulations and in compliance with the recipient miner’s terms of service?
Yes.
**Track Record Have you previously received DataCap to allocate before? If so, please link to any previous decisions that have been made.
None. This will be the first time.
Are there any disputes open against you from your previous DataCap allocations?
None.
Have you ever previously violated:
Your own attested allocation / audit plan? Been found to be in violation of the Principles of Filecoin Plus?
No. We are committed to upholding the values and principles of Filecoin.
Hello @Naoki-Kasahara
I would like to know more about your client, please choose one and give me an overview of their business model. Thank you.
Hi @MasaakiNawatani
Thank you for your quick response.
One of our client - Discover Feed, is an IPFS powered platform that will support media files from different sectors in the Arts & Entertainment industry. Discover Feed will support independent and enterprises in the space in terms of reliable and secured distributed storage. The files are uploaded by end-users to Discover Feed - and it will be stored using the DataCap that is being requested. Discover Feed has the tools to successfully and safely store and retrieve the data for the end users when necessary.
Thank you for the information. Do you have any supporting documents related to IPFS Souku?
Please see attached @MasaakiNawatani
Ok, thank you. It seems to be no problem. I will allocate Data Cap soon.
