And I am thrilled to see companies like Zhongke Zhiyun is interested by Filecoin/IPFS ecosystem, to build applications with the infrastructure. I will be absolutely support you in different ways, not only the datacap grants, but development support, collaboration as well.
You mentioned your data to store in Filecoin is non-public data, there is a challenge regarding how to validate them. Before we together find a good way I would grant a small amount first for your start, and let's understand your application and figure out a better way for your work on Filecoin.
