We will select miners with good reputation, trustworthiness, and experience in verifying data to conduct transactions.

Hello, our company is a web3 company focusing on BTC mining. We are headquartered in Canada and manage 5 factories with 80+ employees. As the data sample shows you, our company's data comes from the business content of our company's daily operations, such as company video surveillance, mining video surveillance, related design documents, promotional pictures/videos, etc. We plan to store 5 copies so that our data can be stored more securely. I am the person in charge of our company We are still in communication with SP. Since we are not sure about your approval time, we have not yet fully determined the SP. We have contacted 5 SPs, f01652952, f01691327, f023467, f0137489, and f02576, but we have not yet confirmed that we will reach a cooperation.

Due to the increased amount of erroneous/wrong Filecoin+ data recently, on behalf of the entire community, we feel compelled to go deeper into datacap requests. Hereby to ensure that the overall value of the Filecoin network and Filecoin+ program increases and is not abused.

Please answer the questions below as comprehensively as possible.

Customer data

Could you demonstrate exactly how and to what extent customer contact occurred?

We expect that for the onboarding of customers with the scale of an LDN there would have been at least multiple email and perhaps several chat conversations preceding it. A single email with an agreement does not qualify here.

Did the customer specify the amount of data involved in this relevant correspondence?
Why does the customer in question want to use the Filecoin+ program?

Should this only be soley for acquiring datacap this is of course out of the question. The customer must have a legitimate reason for wanting to use the Filecoin+ program which is intended as a program to store useful and public datasets on the network.

Why is the customer data considered Filecoin+ eligible?

(As an intermediate solution Filecoin offers the FIL-E program or the glif.io website for business datasets that do not meet the requirements for a Filecoin+ dataset)

Files and Processing

Could you please demonstrate to us how you envision processing and transporting the customer data in question to any location for preparation?
Would you demonstrate to us that the customer, the preparer and the intended storage providers all have adequate bandwidth to process the set with its corresponding size?

There is a book in China that contains four words. Through learning them, people can communicate more effectively with each other. They are facts, opinions, positions, and beliefs. It mainly wants to express that communication should be based on "facts" and not on "opinions", because that will lead to conflicts in advance. What's more, if "position" or "belief" is different, it is bound to be a communication with gunpowder.

As one of the notaries, based on the same position as you, for improving the Fil+project and the community, my statement will not have any strange feelings.

To answer your question here, that is why I signed. When I signed the last round, I didn't think there were "huge issues" with it at that time. This is my view.

The fact is, the report shows that, “ ✔️ Storage provider distribution looks healthy", no exception; “ ⚠️ 100.00% of deals are for data replicated across less than 3 storage providers", more SPs and more replicas are needed to improve dispersion; “ ⚠️ CID sharing has been observed”, there are very few CID shares; So the fact is that it has "issues". But it is not "huge". I do not recommend drawing conclusions until there is no universal standard.

Since this LDN was in its early stage, even if there were "issues", I thought it could be improved with the help of the notary, so I supported it because the notary and the governance team need to help the client, not just the trial.

Finally, add: As I said earlier, I will keep looking at this. Now another round has passed, and it has not been improved, so it will not be supported by me.

There is massive abuse going on inside the program, so trust has to be earned by facts.

Help the client ---> make them earn trust ---> then sign & support. This is the path.
