We will send offline deals to storage providers. The dataset will be uploaded to the our server, storage providers can directly download them

How do you plan on choosing the storage providers with whom you will be making deals? This should include a plan to ensure the data is retrievable in the future both by you and others.

We will select the storage providers according to their reputation, adjusted power, storage space and computational efficiency and so on. To ensure the data is retrievable, fast retrieval will be required for the storage providers, and the storage providers must be reachable during the storage period.

How will you be distributing deals across storage providers?

we will send the deals to the five different storage providers, and no more than 25 percent of the dataset will be sent to a single storage provider.

Do you have the resources/funding to start making deals as soon as you receive DataCap? What support from the community would help you onboard onto Filecoin?
