Describe the data being stored onto Filecoin

Docker images using in our cloud services. At least hundred OS image are made in one day. The most preferred OS images are have to be easily downloaded and retrieved. We would like to decentralize the images so that the global customers can get it wherever they are. 
These data are open source configured by tensorflow, PyTorch, and CuDNN.

Hi, @cryptowhizzard I'm new in the Filecoin space and a project manager leading this datacap allocation requrest. I'm aware how this filecoin system works, of course, the allocation rules too. Our engineer will distribute our data through the Lotus to SP after we got the datacap.
