So, if the CID you randomly checked cannot be retrieved, please randomly select another CID. As far as I know, the community has not currently required a 100% retrieval rate, considering factors such as network conditions can affect retrieval.

Also, again. With a retrieval rate that is not 100%, it is possible to fail when randomly selecting a CID.
