1. Atomic Fund Co., Ltd. (Atoshi Foundation) was established in May 2018, using block chain to achieve value transfer, using block chain to achieve landing application of electronic mall. Atomic chain Mall, the main atoshi brand goods, the main B2C e-commerce, brand e-commerce. And do diversion services for the world's mainstream e-commerce.

2. At present, the main project is ATOSHI. With blockchain to enable social e-commerce, APP starts more than 9.6 million times a day, Mall makes more than 40000 daily payments, and its daily active users peak more than one million; Mall has the following characteristics: cooperate with Taobao Tmall, JD.com, pinduoduo, and Amazon,Shopee,eBay in the future, our users will enjoy certain discounts when they go to the above malls through our APP, and can also get atomic coins. f01996719 & f01996817 are the same entity using VPN to show a different location. It is as simple as that. You want to grow your QaP with datacap.

As you can see, I am a data owner, and through some channels, I have found the listed service providers (SPs) who have provided company entity information and location details. This is the fact. If you have a better verification method, please let me know. Alternatively, if you have SPs that are 100% trustworthy, please also inform me. I simply want to store my data on the Filecoin network. Stating "this is a fact" without providing evidence does not strengthen your argument. Given that 99% of LDNs tend to be abusive, and you're offering questionable regions and disreputable storage providers, there's no justification for granting you datacap.

If your goal is to store data on Filecoin, you can proceed without needing datacap (and abuse the program). Simply compensate storage providers for their services to store your data.
