As the resource aggregation platform of K12 international Education, TopSchools is committed to supporting the sustainable development of the international school market through community communication, data research, teacher training and talent recruitment.  Topschools is a close partner of international schools and international education institutions.  Provides industry with information on international education policies, operations, investments, schools, and people. Yeah most likely none of this is real. We have seen these types of LDN requests for over a year now and most of them where caught abusing / cheating or simply lying.

Before we move any further on this, the reputation of some of these SP's (3) is pretty bad, and the data is simply not checkable. We have heard the "Learning Video's REALLY large large" many times before. We no longer fall for this. Website has not been updated in 5+ years. Come-on guys.

@1613557499 Can you prove to me any of the above claims about retrieval, SP's and packing/indexing?

These are all problems

Could you send an email to filplus-app-review@fil.org with your official domain in order to confirm your identity? Email name should includes the issue id #2283.
Best practice for storing large datasets includes ideally, storing it in 3 or more regions, with 4 or more storage provider operators or owners.You should list Miner ID, Business Entity, Location of sps you will cooperate with.
Per the https://github.com/filecoin-project/notary-governance/issues/922 for Open, Public Dataset applicants, please complete the following Fil+ registration form to identify yourself as the applicant and also please add the contact information of the SP entities you are working with to store copies of the data.

We need SPs to provide actual documented proof of their location. Can be a bill with their name/address. Can be business license, can be another form. Most specifically R1. We've emailed the contact but haven't heard. Can you collect info from them and submit to the email? Thanks
