Changes necessary for exposing the gap fill/find behavior added in lily v0.8.0:
gapfills require daemon to be available
cronjob runs every 24 hours and covers the prior ~26 hours (configurable in a follow-on issue later)
in order to calculate the prior period to execute, we've required the genesisUnix time for the network. Mainnet genesis is the default provided but may be confusing for other networks to provide. Thinking about a better way to express this for known long-running networks, but I don't think it's a major concern. (It might be useful for lily to somehow answer this question.)
