This ticket is mainly my fault. I got too used to the gateway being the only use-case for lotus-bundle, so I set FEVM to be enabled by default, thinking I was saving the universe. see this commit.
It occurred to me that it might be an opportunity to split off a lotus-gateway chart and be a bit stricter with the default configuration, maybe even drop the filebeat sidecar etc.
