Analytics for the network status page #16

Should we insert a Google Tag Manager script for the Network Status page? This would enable analytics and any other tags that you use.

@pooja, it looks like filecoin.io just uses Google Analytics directly (without containerizing it using something like Google Tag Manager).

The Analytics ID used is UA-52930282-1. Which we can use too, so long as the subdomain is allowed in your analytics setup (it depends on the filters Filecoin has set up).
