Describe the nature and duration of your affiliation with the Filecoin project. Please include relevant Github handles, miner ids, significant projects or contributions (with links).

As a member of Fungi Cloud I've been making a follow-up of the Filecoin ecosystem since the launch of the mainnet; in parallel, a Filecoin SP administrator for over a year. We have been running an experimental SP in Madrid (f01128844) and a bigger SP in The U.S within the ESPA program’s infrastructure (f01814973).

Fungi Project has assisted to the ESPA program's second cohort in Las Vegas and it's also an Orbit Ambassador for the Filecoin ecosystem. One of our main contributions was the translation of all the Filecoin Documentation to Spanish, you can check the document on the following link: [bit.ly/3Jc02Qq](https://t.co/smX7pTVSgJ). Fungi Cloud is a tech studio with the mission of unlocking the potential and massive adoption of decentralized technologies.  Our current strategy is the migration of Web2 data using Filecoin's infrastructure.

Aside from Fungi Clouds´s activity as SP, our studio works on the onboarding of clients to migrate their archive data to Filecoin. In addition, as Orbit Ambassadors for the Spanish-Speaking World, we publish Filecoin content in order to spread the advantages of the protocol, and our main contribution to the Filecoin ecosystem so far was the translation of all the Filecoin Documentation to Spanish, you can check the document on the following link: [bit.ly/3Jc02Qq](https://t.co/smX7pTVSgJ).

In-protocol Security

Please describe your contributions to the security of Filecoin and the duration over which you've made contributions. Please also include any links or references that can substantiate your contributions. 

We have not yet worked on development or security of the protocol. Fungi Project is currently acting as SP and bringing companies and institutions to Web3. 

One concern that we have and the main reason why we want to become a notary is the quality of the data stored on Filecoin through Filecoin+. This aspect affects other SPs and the protocol in general, so the notaries`s job is fundamental for the long term success of the protocol.

Fungi Cloud is a tech studio with the mission of unlocking the potential and massive adoption of decentralized technologies. The company has been registered as an LLC in Madrid (Spain) since 2021. We also have a US company by the name of Boveda Decentralized Storage Inc,  managing our US operations. Both companies have just 3 active participants who are Fungi’s three co-founders (including myself).

The incentives from Filecoin's tokenomics may lead to new use cases, such as the storage of datasets for future machine learning applications and large scale photogrammetry. These are just some topics of interest but any other that may bring large migration of data to Filecoin will definitely be taken into account.

Allocation Strategy

How do you plan on allocating the DataCap requested above? Please describe your allocation strategy with as much specificity as you can. This includes the target amount per client and rate at which you'll allocate DataCap.

The strategy for vetting clients before releasing the datacap would consist of 3 main steps:

1. Making sure the client actually exists by asking for social media, websites and documentation regarding the registry of the enterprise in the country.

2. Understand the use case for which they want to store data in Filecoin by determining the following: How much data is to be stored? Will it be publicly accessible or encrypted? Can samples be shared?

3. Make sure their strategy for uploading the data to Filecoin is clear. Do they have the right tools to share the data with the SPs?

How do you plan on securing the DataCap to ensure your organization (and its delegated members) are the ones allocating the DataCap?

Client Due Diligence

How will you vet the clients that are applying for DataCap? What questions will you ask to ensure your trust is placed well and that clients can properly handle the DataCap you intend to allocate to them? 

 The following questions will be asked:

1. Can you share some information about yourself and/or your organization including online presence (social media, websites)? 
2. What is the use case for the datacap and where would you want to make the storage (geographic location)? Do you plan to store your information with a specific SP? If so, please specify which SPs.
3. What is the total amount of storage you would want to allocate with Filecoin+?
4. What is your strategy for uploading your data to Fliecoin? Which software will you use to make the online or offline deals?
5. Will the data be unencrypted? If not, can you share the passkey after signing an NDA?

What processes will you employ when granting additional DataCap to a client that has previously been verified? This includes confirming that the client is not improperly using the DataCap they were previously granted, i.e., making deals with a single SP entity.

filplus.info offers the tools to track the use of the datacap from the customers, compliance will be verified through this.

5TB of datacap will be granted at first to ensure that the client understands the process.

Do you plan on conducting all your allocation decisions in public (e.g. Github repo), private (e.g. over email, Telegram, etc), or both? 

Both. Transparency will always be the prefered method, but depending on the volume and use case of the customer requests through private communication channels may also be conducted prior to the allocation.

Thank you for your verification information. At this stage, the Trust & transparency Working Group has flagged your application for further audit. The governance team will wait for guidance from the WG before we can proceed further with your application.
