Describe the nature and duration of your affiliation with the Filecoin network. Please include relevant GitHub handles, Storage Provider IDs, significant projects or contributions (with links).

We came into contact with Filecoin Test site in early 2019, and in the following year, we have been working hard to participate in the filecoin network. In June 2021, FrogHub was officially established, and we recruited more like-minded partners to build the filecoin ecosystem and participate in the research and development of web3.

On August 15, 2021, we uploaded the open-source code of cloud-c2 to github. We built a huge C2 computing cluster for SP. SP could add idle devices to the cloud-c2 cluster and also obtain help from other SP when c2 computing capacity was insufficient. [https://github.com/froghub-io/lotus-cloudc2]

On September 24, 2021, we opened source our fix tool for faulty cc sectors on github and helped many SP communities restore their sectors. We plan to update the code by the end of this year to implement a fix for the order sector. [https://github.com/froghub-io/filecoin-sealer-recover]

In August 2022, we received a grant application for SectorScan, and we expect to complete development and offer the sector browser tool to the community by the end of this year.

The FrogHub team focuses on the blockchain and web3 field, working on the development of fully decentralized web3 application services, with the goal of helping developers quickly switch from web2 to web3. At present, it has provided users with mature decentralized storage solutions, decentralized CDN, decentralized cloud computing, gateway and other easy-to-use products.
At present, the team has more than 20 technical and operational personnel who are deeply engaged in web3.0. They have their own exploration in multiple blockchain ecosystems and have accumulated rich resources and experience.

FrogHub's Object-storage Buckets (Buckets), developed based on IPFS, enables users to store their and enterprise data securely and reliably on the Filecoin network using a simple and concise interface or the AWS S3 API.
The Key Management Service (KMS) enables users to easily create and control keys for encryption operations, providing encryption and storage services for data stored on IPFS.
The IPFS Gateway service is focused on providing technical and non-technical creators with a fast, easy and reliable way to share content without limit. It does all the heavy lifting for the developer, who can easily anchor the FrogHub Buckets into IPFS without having to build and manage his own IPFS node. For NFT creators, it makes it easy to deliver content at scale without any technical experience. We provide the ability for anyone to start creating without immediately worrying about the technical aspects of web3 or IPFS.
NFT Art (https://nft-art.froghub.io/), a code-free NFT tool trusted by NFT creators, allows creators to create their own NFT from material without prior contract development experience. And publish it to the decentralized network of ETH and Filecoin.
Filecoin Sector Recover is a sector recovery tool for Filecoin. It can recover the lost sector files due to operation and maintenance or hardware problems by obtaining the status of the chain. At present, more than 20 Filecoin Storage Privader services have been provided. Recovered over 40pib of computing power and rescued a million FIL of assets.
Filecoin Cloud C2 is designed to provide remote service for zero-knowledge proof algorithms in Filecoin's computing power package, serving some regions and providing 3PiB/ day computing power.
ICSQLite is a cloud database that we developed in the Dfinity ecosystem to provide ICSQLite on the IC chain. It simplifies the storage and retrieval of structured data on the IC. Developers can embed it in the Dapp container or even call it remotely. While ICSQLite solves the problem of multiple applications using the same data, the Dfinity Foundation is actively discussing with us how capabilities like ICSQLite can be used as a basic IC capability.

Allocation Strategy

How do you plan on allocating the DataCap requested above? Please describe your allocation strategy with as much specificity as you can. This includes the target amount per client and rate at which you'll allocate DataCap.

We will focus on the authenticity and impact of our clients. When making allocation decisions, the following factors will be considered: Basic information and reputation of the client organization、Development planning and completion of the project and Distribution of DataCap
I plan on using  dataCap to build a reputation mechanism. we will gradually build a good data cap allocation mechanism through continuous summarization、improvement and iteration.

How do you plan on securing the DataCap to ensure your organization (and its delegated members) are the ones allocating the DataCap?

we will use hardware wallet.

Client Due Diligence

How will you vet the clients that are applying for DataCap? What questions will you ask to ensure your trust is placed well and that clients can properly handle the DataCap you intend to allocate to them? 

We will conduct in-depth research on customer information:
1. Customer reputation. Include the company's registered capital, time of establishment, team/personal background and reputation, and the client's name displayed on the company's website/social media link.
2. Clients need to tell me what kind of data they want to store.
3.We will signing cooperation agreements.The application form is signed and sealed by the legal person or responsible personSubmit a copy of the company's business license, etc.
4. Allocation strategy, Data scale and data redundancy strategy, the type of data stored.
5.We regularly spot check users to see if they are as well as they say.

What processes will you employ when granting additional DataCap to a client that has previously been verified? This includes confirming that the client is not improperly using the DataCap they were previously granted, i.e., making deals with a single SP entity.

Customers need to disclose their allocation records, and we will regularly analyze and summarize the collected data to ensure that the applicant uses DataCap fairly and impartially.

I think we can get to L2 at the moment：

Allocation Plan

Client Due Diligence

We've improved our Client Due Diligence process, and we want to do better.

The higher the customer DataCap threshold, the more scrutiny is required.

In the early stages, all clients need a qualifying onboarding process. First of all, we will collect the following information:
1. Entity information
+ Incorporation Document - including registration/registration/information Certificate.
+ A government-issued entity identification number
2. Information of authorized signatories
+ The authorized signatory should provide real and valid personal identification information and demonstrate the right to act on behalf of the applicant entity. Therefore, the signatory must be the person in charge of the company or hold the letter of authorization of the company;
3. Beneficial owners
+ For any shareholder of more than 25%, we need a document such as a capitalization statement, operating agreement or similar document to verify ownership, and the following information for each shareholder:
+ Legal name.
+ Street address (Po box number is not accepted).
+ Government issued identification number, which shall be SSN, ITIN, passport number and issuing country, alien ID number, or any other government issued document proving nationality or residence and issuing country.

After the appeal materials are complete, start the interview and data source verification. After that, the next step should be signed + distributing datacap over time to give customers more credit.

Periodically check and audit the use of DataCap

Monitor verified data and miners' transactions, whether the content violates local laws and policies, and whether the data is properly distributed.

We will also build an open source project in GitHub.

+ The relevant documents submitted by the customer are kept safely for future review.
+ Any challenge to the allocation decision can be openly discussed on Github, and in the event of a verification dispute, the notary Office can appoint an arbitrator to resolve the dispute.

Thank you for applying to serve as a Notary in this 4th round of elections for the Filecoin Plus program. This round’s pool of applicants was the largest and most accomplished in the programs history; and in light of this, we were unable to offer positions to every worthy applicant. After carefully reviewing the application, I’m sorry to inform that it was not selected as a Notary in this 4th round.

Please know that this decision in no way diminishes your application. We are impressed by the contributions you’ve demonstrated and hope you continue to drive the success of the Filecoin storage system. The 5th round of new Notary Elections is scheduled to open in Q2 of 2023, and we encourage you to maintain a presence in the community and return during the next round.
