Allocation Strategy

How do you plan on allocating the DataCap requested above? Please describe your allocation strategy with as much specificity as you can. This includes the target amount per client and rate at which you'll allocate DataCap.

1. we will browse the official website of the client and some social media accounts to understand the main purpose of the client
2. we will evaluate and classify the customers according to the information of the survey

4. Throughout the allocation and use the DataCap, we will establish a corresponding review mechanism.
5. We will continue to make follow-up visits and follow up on the follow-up results. Good customers will get more allocation and improve the quality of customers

How do you plan on securing the DataCap to ensure your organization (and its delegated members) are the ones allocating the DataCap?

A hardware wallet will be used to store the keys associated with the DataCap allocation address securely. 

Client Due Diligence

How will you vet the clients that are applying for DataCap? What questions will you ask to ensure your trust is placed well and that clients can properly handle the DataCap you intend to allocate to them?

First of all, we will do a detailed review of the applicant, including the customer's qualifications, information, industry influence and so on, At the same time, we will also check regularly to ensure that customers who meet the requirements can continue to use, and those who do not meet the requirements will be rejected.

For individual applicants, their identity will be verified through account activity and third party account, such as Twitter, slack, Discord, which will prove that the customer is a valid user and not a machine.

For organizations, we will set up a due diligence team to conduct a complete review of the application form submitted by the applicant to ensure proper allocation and effective use of DataCap, and to conduct random spot checks after allocation to establish a credit system.

We will review through the following questions:
1. Team/personal introduction
2. Applicant's relationship to the organization
3. How many datacaps do you need.
4. Where does the data come from.
5. How to use this data.

What processes will you employ when granting additional DataCap to a client that has previously been verified? This includes confirming that the client is not improperly using the DataCap they were previously granted, i.e., making deals with a single SP entity.

We strictly monitor the use of datacap,Applicants need to assign datacap to at least three miners,We ask our customers to disclose relevant information and regularly record it in the github repository
