Founded in 2019, NewToken focuses on the research and development of new technologies in the blockchain industry.
One of our investors has been following the filecoin project since 2019 and participated in the space race in 2020.
We participated in the filecoin slingshot 2.8 phase.

Concreteness of Allocation Plan

Allocation Strategy

How do you plan on allocating the DataCap requested above? Please describe your allocation strategy with as much specificity as you can. This includes the target amount per client and rate at which you'll allocate DataCap.

First, we will conduct due diligence on the clients to ensure that their information and data are true and compliant.

Second, we will score the client's credit through the following aspects: Size of Company,Establishment Time,Number Of SPs,Data Type,Distribution Region.

Third, we divide clients into 5 levels by scoring: L1 - L5:

L1: 0-5TiB
L2: 5-10TiB
L3: 10-20TiB
L4: 20-50TiB
L5: 50-100TiB

Finally, we will continue to follow up on the usage of client datacap to ensure that data is stored as agreed.

How do you plan on securing the DataCap to ensure your organization (and its delegated members) are the ones allocating the DataCap?

We plan to use a hardware wallet to manage the DataCap allocation wallet.

Client Due Diligence

How will you vet the clients that are applying for DataCap? What questions will you ask to ensure your trust is placed well and that clients can properly handle the DataCap you intend to allocate to them? 

We will conduct strict KYC audits for clients who apply for datacap, including:
1. Confirm the authenticity of the client's organization information and whether the organization's nature meets the data requirements through government's official enterprise inquiry platform and recruitment website
2. Ask clients to provide verifiable information, such as business licenses, authorization documents, etc.
3. Ask clients to provide a certain amount of data samples to ensure that the data is publicly available and that the organization is the actual owner of the data
4. If necessary, we will further confirm the detailed distribution plan and results of Datacap through online video calls.
5. After that, our team will score clients through the following dimensions: completeness of client information, data volume, data storage value, and Datacap distribution plan integrity.
6. After Datacpa has passed the review, we will conduct retrieval from time to time to ensure the authenticity of the stored data and whether the storage provider has opened the retrieval function

3. For organization, please provide organization name both in Chinese and English, business license, official websit.

Data related questions:
1. What's the type and format of your data.Can you describe your data in details?
2. The increase rate of data per week in future.
3. Can you make sure your data is publicly storable？
4. How many copies you want to store.
5. Can you provide enough sample data for us to review?

Datacap related questions:
1. How many SPs as planned?
2. Do you know the ways to find SPs? What kinds of SPs will you choose?
3. If you have contacted SPs, please list them?
4. What kind of method did you mainly use to deliver data? online, offline, and other methods
5. Will you search the data stored after dealing with SP?

What processes will you employ when granting additional DataCap to a client that has previously been verified? This includes confirming that the client is not improperly using the DataCap they were previously granted, i.e., making deals with a single SP entity.

1. The client is required to disclose all previous transaction information, and we will confirm the authenticity and validity of the data through retrieval.
2. We will check the previous datacap usage, whether it is used in accordance with community requirements and distribution rules, and whether there is a single sp occupying too much datacap
3. We will check the community feedback to see if anyone has complained about the client

Bookkeeping Plan
