Since 2014, our team and its founder have focused on the field of blockchain and encryption. The core members of our team have more than ten years of experience in the blockchain industry. Focus on WEB3, IPFS, distributed storage, Fil and other fields early, high sustainability.We have been working on ipfs since 2016, and the first node f022820 was built in 2020-9-27 (before the  Filecoin mainnet went live). Since then, the following nodes have been added, some of which are listed for reference.

In July 2021, we officially established SXX, a distributed storage brand based on ipfs and filecoin open source technology, in Yichang, Beijing, and Shenzhen. We focus on the ecological development of IPFS&Filecoin technology and the establishment of storage providers. We plan to enter the door of WEB3 through distributed storage technology. We will focus on the development of a series of ecological applications to serve a large number of Internet users. At present, it has more than 30 members, and has invested about 100 million RMB. It has completed the deployment of more than 700 storage and computing servers. The contracts to be performed exceed 100 million RMB, with China's super-large market. SXX aims to build a more secure, efficient and free Web3.0.

Our Outreach Working Group promoted IPFS&Filecoin on social media, collectively gaining more than 50,000 followers and reaching 2 million cryptocurrency investors. (See Organizational Reputation&Individual Reputation for more details)

We are also concerned about some Chinese SPs issues. So SXX  set up a whole outreach system to help preach ipfs&filecoin on social media. For example, translating official documents or video conferences into Chinese and releasing them; Push a lot of latest information about IPFS&Filecoin on various platforms (wechat, Toutiao, Twitter, etc.); Create wechat groups; Set up training camps; Hold offline meeting, webcast, round table, etc. We are always committed to contributing to the filecoin ecosystem in any way we can.

In terms of technology, we have carried out community technology development, community project construction (Saturn node L1, index node), ecological construction (Data Cold Storage and WEB3 Cloud Disk, defi project based on FVM, etc.), and edge data center construction.

In terms of green nodes, we build zero-carbon green energy nodes on a large scale. The Three Gorges Dam Power Plant is the world's largest hydropower project. SXX's Three Gorges Dongyuemiao Data Center is built to support the Three Gorges Dam hydropower station, which is less than three kilometers away from the Three Gorges Dam hydropower station. The water source is natural Yangtze River water, and 100% green hydropower energy supply is used. We currently have more than 2,000 cabinets and are building zero-carbon green energy nodes on a massive scale.

1. Early node builders
We established SXX and have a high position in related industries, becoming a major player in the Fil field.

2.Fil related core developers, testers, storage vendors, ambassadors, eco-builders, etc.
SXX is committed to real data storage, has its own node and software development working group, which has a large number of more than 20 people. During the research and development process, we upgraded and transformed Estuary, helped Estaury and FilClient find problems and fix bugs, and carried out in-depth cooperation with Estuary and Filecoin-related ecosystems. At present, SXX is also one of Estuary's collaborators.

We have established a professional IPFS&Filecoin promotion working group with a size of more than ten people. We have been committed to evangelizing and promoting IPFS & Filecoin in any way we can. Our team translates official documents or video conferences, etc. into Chinese releases; Create a WeChat group; Establishment of training camps; Push a lot of latest news about IPFS/Filecoin on major platforms. WeChat, Toutiao, Baidu, Bilibili, Twitter and other related platforms at home and abroad are active, with a large number of fans.

4. Green node
SXX is headquartered on the shore of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River and the hydropower capital of the world, and is the world's largest hydropower project "China Three Gorges Hydropower Station". The Three Gorges Hydropower Station is also the source of power for our Three Gorges Xingdongyue Temple data center and our service provider. Providing continuous, stable, green, low-carbon and clean energy can ensure uninterrupted power in data centers and greatly reduce data center PUE.

In terms of green energy, SXX's Three Gorges Dongyue Temple data center is located in the Three Gorges Dam area, where the world's largest hydropower station is located. Our data center plans to build a total of 10,000 cabinets, with a current capacity of 15PiB. We currently have 42 server racks with a storage capacity of 8.2P. In March 2022, the Three Gorges Dongyue Temple Data Center was listed as a new type of data center by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, that is, a green and low-carbon data center. It can cooperate with the transmission of each node, gather node data sharing nodes, reduce data delay, reduce transmission costs, and make full use of clean energy.

About the Filecoin product developed by the SXX team:
we have leveraged Ipfs & Filecoin technology to develop a cold data storage product - data cold storage.It is an application platform that can provide customers with massive data storage. We are committed to building Filecoin's validated data store. As a quasi-notary, we have been informing the outside world about the Filecoin plus project and contacting companies that have requested verification of data to understand their storage intentions. We have established data storage cooperation with many domestic enterprises, and the stored data has reached 45PiB and is being uploaded. The Filecoin DataCap application process was developed and integrated on the official website.
To prevent customers from maliciously using or abusing DataCap, we carefully vet customers, examine their needs, and assign them as needed. How do you plan on securing the DataCap to ensure your organization (and its delegated members) are the ones allocating the DataCap?

A hardware wallet will be used to store the keys associated with the DataCap allocation address securely. 
4 people will be 2 teams, one keeps the GitHub account and one keeps the hardware wallet account.

Client Due Diligence

How will you vet the clients that are applying for DataCap? What questions will you ask to ensure your trust is placed well and that clients can properly handle the DataCap you intend to allocate to them? 

We divide customer information into individual users and business users.
We will work closely with our customers as they implement DataCap and support them every step of the way. In order for customers to use DataCap, they must change and agree to specific restrictions and usage. If they disagree with this, or if no criteria are met during the initial final review phase, we suspend the assignment. We will review my clients following the process outlined above. Whether the customer's performance will be recorded and recorded. Any unacceptable behavior will be documented and blacklisted.
We have developed separate online and offline application processes. If the application is larger than 50TiB, we will add an offline review based on the online survey method (traveling to visit customers or inviting customers to SXX).
In addition, we may ask further questions to give the applicant an accurate score.

We have proposed three optimizations again, please check: Once again, we carefully read the rights and responsibilities of being a notary, fully aware that the DataCap assignment must be commensurate with the level of trust of a particular customer. For users requesting more DC, the censorship limit will increase accordingly. To prevent abuse of DC, we have updated our plans to ensure fairness. We hope to further supplement our previous allocation strategy.

Allocation Strategy

How do you plan on allocating the DataCap requested above? Please describe your allocation strategy with as much specificity as you can. This includes the target amount per client and rate at which you'll allocate DataCap.

We recommend using tools such as Filecoin Plus Registry, filplus.info, filecoin.tools, and so on to expose all allocations.

For DC applicants

  1. Authenticity and compliance The applicant shall highly reflect the authenticity, effectiveness and sustainability of the project and data in the application materials. a.We'll try to know the basic information of the applicant through the questions and procedures involved in due diligence, including the place of registration of the business, time, business license, business scale, industry reputation, etc. b.Vet in multiple ways, icluding basic data sample, the amount of data requested, the type of data, previous storage methods and openness of data.
  2. SPs distribution The applicant shall guarantee that prior or future storage shall comply with community rules. a.Find out if the user has a list of SPs to store, or a storage plan; b.If it is not the client's first allocation, we will refer to the client's previous usage of DataCap and determine whether to grant it.

For ourselves

  1. Transparency and justice a.We are open to applications from all regions, data categories and nature of subject. b.We won't allocate more than 30% of our DataCap to the same client. c.All allocations will be fully disclosed and recorded.
  2. Efficiency of allocation a.We will give feedback to inquiry of the Issue within 2 working days. b.Actively cooperate with the allocation and participation of LDN or other ecological projects.

In addition, we value data quality, but it is difficult to set specific criteria to evaluate this. We will carefully examine the data with a sufficient number of samples to avoid any artificial data used for self-dealing.If necessary, we will also ask customers to provide business licenses.

A hardware wallet will be used to store the keys associated with the DataCap allocation address securely. 4 people will be 2 teams, one keeps the GitHub account and one keeps the hardware wallet account. Client Due Diligence

How will you vet the clients that are applying for DataCap? What questions will you ask to ensure your trust is placed well and that clients can properly handle the DataCap you intend to allocate to them?

We will confirm whether the client has any illegal usage of DataCap in the following three steps: 1.Through the question set above, we can know whether the client has any remaining DataCap. If the client answers no, we can continue with other questions or query for confirmation. If the client answers yes, then in principle we will suspend or close the application until their DataCap has been used up. 2.If the client answers no, we will query the previous usage, which should include the following directions: Whether there are any remaining DataCap (send us the link) Previous DataCap storage record with link 3.If it is not used properly, it will enter the allocation strategy scoring; In case of improper use, we will timely take corrective actions, notify relevant Notaries and community personnel about this thing.

Since all interactions are intended to occur publically, most allocation decisions should be self-explanatory. Any challenges raised regarding allocation decisions should be discussed publicly, e.g., the Github repo. If convincing justifications can't be given by the Notary, a dispute resolution application can be filed to the Notary Governance after 14 calendar days since its original challenge date. Once the dispute resolution application is filed, the Notary Governance can assign an arbitrator among the Root Key Holders in order to resolve the dispute. Depending on the arbitrator's decisions, a hearing may be given within 30 calendar days of the dispute resolution application.
