1. Beta Technology once mainly managed operation and maintenance in IDC computer room; including data storage, server sales, system development, and operation and maintenance support. Since 2018, it has been researching global distributed file storage systems, and now has 5 years of experience.

2. In 2020, Beta Technology participated in the Protocol Labs Filecoin space competition and won the second place. In the same year, Beta Technology joined the mining project of the Filecoin mainnet.

3. Beta Technology focuses on the ecological construction and development of IPFS/Filecoin, as well as the application development and application implementation under the underlying protocol of IPFS/IPLD/libp2p.

4. We have an independent development team responsible for Filecoin node development and performance optimization, as well as providing customers with Filecoin miner node operation and maintenance services. Allocation Strategy

How do you plan on allocating the DataCap requested above? Please describe your allocation strategy with as much specificity as you can. This includes the target amount per client and rate at which you'll allocate DataCap.

We firmly believe that Metaverse and Web3 are the future development trends, so we will allocate most of the DataCap to store DeFi data, NFT data, gamefil data, audio, video, and metrics related to Web3 and Metaverse, followed by Enterprise data and personal application data.

How do you plan on securing the DataCap to ensure your organization (and its delegated members) are the ones allocating the DataCap?

Our company will adopt a hardware wallet to keep the wallet address allocated by DataCap, and then be kept by the company CTO. The GitHub account is kept by the DataCap applicant, me. Let the hardware wallet account and the GitHub account be held by two people.

Client Due Diligence

How will you vet the clients that are applying for DataCap? What questions will you ask to ensure your trust is placed well and that clients can properly handle the DataCap you intend to allocate to them?

1. On-boarding due diligence:
We will ask the following basic questions:
(1) describe their main business and the type and size of data they plan to store;
(2) Whether the source of data stored on Filecoin is authorized;
(3) What is your past practice in data storage;
(4) Whether the data stored on Filecoin is subject to confidentiality, commercial secrets, state secrets or national security.
(5) Understand their understanding of FIlecoin and the reasons for choosing Filecoin as data storage;
(6) The name and node of the miner it wishes to store DataCap, and the allocation percentage;
(7) Whether it is willing to cooperate with our continuous inspection of the verified transactions that you may make to miners after the allocation of DataCap, etc.

In addition to the above questions, we also require clients to provide us with materials attesting or describing their reputation, distribution strategy and track record, etc., so that we can assess the qualifications of potential clients.

2. Review after distribution:
We will conduct ongoing reviews of assigned clients on a regular basis to avoid misuse or misuse of their assigned DataCaps. Ensure that the customer uses the allocated DataCap for the approved committed use.
(1) We will regularly randomly check the data stored by customers on Filecoin to verify the authenticity of the data;
(2) Since DataCaps are allocated to customers in stages, we may penalize customers by delaying or even canceling undistributed DataCaps if any improper or fraudulently spent allocated DataCaps are found.
(3) We will use tools such as Fil+ Canvas, Fil+ Watch (if it is open) to check the relationship between customers and SPs to prevent self-trading behavior and data buying and selling transactions;
(4) Check whether it only stores data on a single node.
(5) Collect community members' reporting information to check whether there is any transaction behavior after the customer obtains Datacap.

Of course, we do not just use the above fixed rules for due diligence and post-assignment review of clients. The method is flexible, and we believe that better management methods will continue to emerge as the community develops.

What processes will you employ when granting additional DataCap to a client that has previously been verified? This includes confirming that the client is not improperly using the DataCap they were previously granted, i.e., making deals with a single SP entity.

1. Use the Fil-Plus Dashboard and Tools to check previously assigned DataCap usage history. Make sure that there are no unfair or unusual transactions and that normal data is stored.

2. In order to improve the storage and stability of data, ensure that the DataCap replicates stored on filecoin is allocated to at least 4 different SPs.
